Shipment Confirmation
Customers are notified by email when their order leaves the Erwin Halder warehouse.
Email contains a detailed delivery note and tracking shipment link.

Invoicing
On request, invoices can be supplied electronically, as a PDF via email.
CAD Data
All standard parts and modular jig and fixture system parts are available as download in system-neutral 2D and 3D data formats. Moreover the data is available on the CAD portals Cadenas and Traceparts in a native file format.
Training
Extensive user training in workshops on-site or at the Halder training centre.
